IQF Sweet Corn (Grade A) means it possesses characteristics; a good flavor; a practically uniform good color, that are tender and are practically free from defects.

IQF corn is produced from fresh, mature corn cobs by de husking, slitting, inspecting, deseeding, washing, blanching and freezing to give a free flowing product, stored at -18° C.
